The Tennis Shoe Challenge? What is that?
 
 -Its the new challenge provided by fit club.
 
Why is it called the Tennis Shoe Challenge?
 
-Its called the Tennis Shoe Challenge because its based around all activities you need your tennis shoes to do. Like Running, Sprinting, Jogging, Biking, Walking, even Skipping if that makes you happy.
 
Explain.
 
Pick one of the following Tasks-
 
Running/Sprinting
Jogging
Biking
Walking
 
Next- Pick a period of time
 
a.30 days
b.60 days
c. 60+ days
 
If you picked 30 days....
*Then you have 30 days to complete your goal.
 
If you picked 60 days....
* Then you 60 Days to complete your goal.
 
If you picked 60+ days....
*Then you have more than 60 days to complete your goal.
 
Next Pick your Goal.
 
a.
Mild- Plan to do 20 miles in the 30 days. That's less then a mile a day.
Hard- Plan to do 35 Miles in the 30 days. That's more than a mile a day.
Extreme- Plan to do 50 miles in the 30 days. That's hardcore.
 
b. 
Mild- Plan to do 40 miles in the 60 days. That's less then a mile a day.
Hard- Plan to do 60 Miles in the 60 days. That's more than a mile a day.
Extreme- Plan to do 80 miles in the 60 days. That's hardcore.
 
c.
Mild- Plan to do 50 miles in the 60+ days. That's less then a mile a day.
Hard- Plan to do 60  Miles in the 60+ days. That's more than a mile a day.
Extreme- Plan to do 60+ miles in the 60+ days. That's hardcore.
 
And that is the Tennis Shoe Challenge.
